167 Hospitality is seeking experienced line cook to be familiar with kitchen stations, including garde manger, sauté, grill, and fry. Ability to work in a team environment, is required. This is a leadership position, which will be overseeing the team's skills and quality of work. Proper communication to the team on improvements and corrective actions for the kitchen is imperative in this position. The ability to employee manage and communicate is heavily expected. Management experience is required.
The Chef De Partie will be working prep shifts as well as service on the line and in the expo.

This is an hourly paid position with overtime compensation. Hourly pay starting at $24.

Sushi Chef
167 SUSHI BAR a part of 167 Hospitality Group based in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
The menu is seafood driven with traditional Japanese cuisine and techniques, with a rotating specials board based on fresh fish and seasonal produce.
167 Sushi Bar is seeking a sushi chef
The sushi station is conducted by 2 team members working on nigiri, sashimi, and maki. The hot kitchen will be in small teams, with team members working grill, fry, and sautée, plating dishes such as bao buns, yaki, tsukune, and kraage.
167 Sushi Bar receives high quality seafood and the best ingredients. Working with whole fish that is butchered in house, offers the freshest product for the sushi bar.

Server Assistant
167 Hospitality Group is hiring server assistants for the downtown restaurants.
167's server assistants help the bar areas, the dining room, and the outdoor dining. Ability to run food and deliver plates to guests while able to describe the dishes to the guests. Fill ice trays/buckets, reset tables, and attend to trash, bathrooms, and bus buckets.
Looking for individuals that have a positive attitude, take initiative, compose great team work and can demonstrate good judgment, decision making, and problem solving skills. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Applicants will have previous experience handling and preparing food according to food safety standards. Our company’s consistency is important, which is driven from the line cooks’ ability to prepare and follow our signature recipes, with the ability to create featured dishes, aligned with our menu style.
Food truck menu consists of tacos, sandwiches, and appetizers. Using a 2 – 3 person line, line cooks are fast paced and multi-taskers.
167’s Food Truck is stationed by our market and prep kitchen with a garden patio adjacent. The food truck does not travel, and works as more of a satellite kitchen.

Our prep kitchen is an expansion of 167 fish market and food truck. Food items are prepared and packaged for retail in the 167 Raw fish market, food truck service, and catering services. Working with our head chef and communicating with the team is essential in our kitchen.
167 Raw’s prep kitchen handles the daily prep list, fish butchery, process incoming inventory, and keeps a clean kitchen. The prep kitchen works on multiple projects in a team setting.
